The G1 avoided it cuz it looks like their hardware is stone cold broken, and their API doesn't seem to even have a hook, which makes sense, not every android phone is expected to have a multi-touch screen. ... music converted to be free of DRM, so i can upload it to my new pre, vs if i should buy a brand new software that will convert it for me.
